dude another simple method is to connect with the same details as the psn accouunt you got to EA.com and it will work. Why? Cause when you buy a ps4 idk on ps5 but might be the same and ift's not it doesnt mather cause usually people who bought ps5 had a ps4 before so it's the same account, after creating a psn account from start screen or log in into one it will ask you to make an EA account and on Ea account usually u have the option to pair it somehow and with this in mind majority of Ea accounts from players have the same email:pass format from their Psn accounts. Ok so what do next? On Ea.com to verify ur identity it will ask you just to confirm on mail so if u have mail acces account it's easy peasy.
Confirm it and then go to account details, it will tel you the birthday. I've done this for every account i got and trust me the Ea birtday cant be fake cause the system puts copy pasta one from their PSN account. Good Luck!
